- Managed settlement systems that accounted for $2.5 trillion per year and developed and supported 32 payment products, which include a variety of electronic payment and check services that helped accelerate merchant cash flow, lower operating expenses and increase sales.
- Improved reliability and leveraged low cost and flexible Internet transaction processing capabilities for clients. Developed flexible XML-based client interfaces that allowed access to back-end systems via Internet connectivity.
- Successfully developed five year Information Strategy Plans, long range information technology strategic plans and Technical Architectures.
- Implemented software engineering practices, methods, frameworks, CMMI certification, and policy development to address complex issues that balance near term requirements and the need for continuous improvement.
