Kyle Johnson brings design, delivery management, operations, and this work philosophy experience, to the Page Consulting team. With a 25 year history in software design, technical product support, large project management, R&D, and Operations; Johnson specializes in the areas of assessment, requirements definition, data discovery, solution analysis, and process remediation. His work approach is to quantify business value during up-front assessment in order to facilitate objective decisions, identify strengths, and enable measurement of results. Then, whether drawing from his own management experience to lead the project, or leveraging practical hands-on know-how to form relationships on a matrix-managed team, his methods will ensure clear communication, goal focus, and effective work efforts between business and technology.
Johnson worked for First Data Corporation for 20 years, though early experience included tie-ups with petroleum, banking, insurance, and a food conglomerate. Global work history includes 4 years living in Japan, China, and Europe, in project management and technical consultant roles. International clients can be assured that nuances involving global business rules, disparate cultures, mixed languages, and multiple time zones, are understood and well considered.
With Johnson’s background in engineering, he can help you improve work-flow processes and control metrics. Modern methodologies such as CMM and ITIL/ITSM are leveraged pragmatically to identify, and then to manage, business goals that may have become obscured within technical systems.
