With 20 years of finance and corporate development experience, Vince Stanco brings financial management, strategy, M&A and business development expertise to the Page Consulting team. As an independent consultant, Vince helps clients succeed through focused support covering financial and strategic planning, modeling and analytics, M&A and integration, compliance and risk management. His toolkit is complimented by broad industry experience - financial services, telecom, BPO, e-commerce, technology/software - and ample international and domestic background.
Vince worked for five years at First Data Corporation (”FDC”) during the company’s intense international expansion period. His accomplishments included the formulation and deployment expansion strategies, and integration of start-up and acquired entities in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Vince also served as the finance leader for China and North Asia operations where he succeeded in customizing, bundling, and pricing FDC’s products and services for those markets.
Most recently Vince served as the CFO of GiftCertificates.com, an e-commerce company in the incentives space, where he was responsible for finance operations, merchant gift card portfolio, and the company’s fulfillment services business unit.
Vince is a past board member of Intelig Telecom, First Data China, Opinia and the Mount Michael School Capital Projects Committee. He is also an adjunct professor at Creighton University, and is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian. Vince has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston College, and earned his MBA in Finance and Strategy at SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
